ACCOMMODATION TYPE • Luxury four bedroom villa, with live-in housekeeping couple who have their own quarters: built on a large 1600 hillside plot with stunning views over the north coast and the island of Koh Pha Ngan

OUTSIDE DOWNSTAIRS • Spacious terrace area all around the property; Beautiful gardens with coconut and frangipani trees. Trees/plants are lit up at night.

SWIMMING POOL • 14m x 6m infinity edge pool, 1.7m deep with a pleasant sunbathing area including six sunbeds and umbrellas

SALA • The spacious sala is designed for lounging around. It has a mini bar to keep drinks cool whilst you are by the pool

MEALS • Breakfast at US$5 per person per day. Private Chef available – details on request

SUITABILITY • Children should be supervised. Rental transport highly recommended

MANAGEMENT • Baan Ling Noi is managed by White Rose Management Co. (www.whiterosesamui.com). A live in couple take care of the house, laundry and breakfast preparation. An English speaking manager, if needed.
